The Pelvic Clock is one of the most seminal of all Moshe Feldenkrais's classic Awareness Through Movement lessons. These seemingly innocuous movements of the pelvis, as it is visualized lying on a clock face, evoke enormous changes throughout the body, especially releasing the lower back and bringing increased mobility to the entire spine, shoulder girdle and hip joints - improving breathing, walking, running and just about any activity you care to imagine, artistic or otherwise.
